BASEMENT/SUBSTRUCTURE WATERPROOFING
We undertake projects which involve application of waterproofing systems to underground structures- be it basement, watertank or foundations. Application of 4mm SBS Modified polyester reinforced bituminous membrane 1L or 2L based on water table. Pile Head Treatment with Crystalline and Epoxy. 3mm/6mm Protection Board to vertical surface. RBE/PU coatings to foundations. Fully Bonded system – COLPHENE BSW system specially formulated membranes fully adhered to concrete structure both mechanically and chemically ensuring no migration of water.
REFURBISHMENT OF EXISTING ROOFS
Be it a Combo roof, conventional roofing, or any other waterproofing system which have failed and are leaking, our team analyses the problem and an appropriate alternate system is proposed to suit and fit into the existing roof system.
ROOF WATERPROOFING
Our Conventional waterproofing system application has been tried and tested over period of time. Built Up Roof system comprising of
- Foam Concrete – for slope and insulation - 4mm APP/SBS membrane for waterproofing- Extruded Polystyrene Insulation
Exposed surfaces are treated with POLYUREA system
- Hot applied 2 component POLYUREA. - UV resistant PU top coat.
INJECTION TREATMENT
Leaky basements, swimming pool walls, or water tanks, our expertise in various types of injection treatment procedures is vast. Each site would require different procedures, techniques and even material to be used based on the intensity, location and type of leakage. PU, epoxy, gel, microconcrete, mortar plugs are the different types of materials used.
INDUSTRIAL & SPORTS FLOORINGS
Be it removal of existing damaged floor coatings and replacing with a range of Epoxy /PU coatings, we undertake projects to provide a new look to your industrial floors. Tennis, Basketball or even walkway floorings are coated with specifically designed layered system for excellent comfort and aesthetics. WET AREA & PLANTERS WATERPROOFING
We undertake projects which involve application of waterproofing systems to terraces, balconies & wet areas.
- Application of 4mm SBS Modified polyester reinforced bituminous membrane. - Application of PU coatings – single or two component. - Application of cementitious coatings with reinforcement. - Specially formulated PU coating with reinforcement to soft landscape.- 2 layer Antiroot membrane system with drainage cell to planter boxes.
SWIMMING POOL WATERPROOFING
Existing swimming pools seems to always have a problem of leakage leading to shut down or frequent maintenance. We take on such projects to rectify or refurbish completely to ensure a watertight system.
- Removal of existing tiles. - Application of multilayer waterproofing system to ensure watertightness under constant water head. - Finish coating with UV/Polyaspartic (instead of tiles) with suitable color.
